Excalibur Communications GB Ltd Acquires Emnico Enterprises Ltd Technical Services Gaining Technology and Expertise

Combination of Excalibur’s telecommunication expertise and Emnico Enterprise’s IT service and support skills addresses need for highly consultative services amongst SMEs

02 November, 2011 – Managed services provider, Excalibur today announced that it has acquired Emnico Enterprises Ltd Technical Services, a private IT network management company that delivers integrated end-to-end software solutions and IT services to SMEs . The move is the first in a series of strategic acquisitions aimed at accumulating skills and establishing leadership in the SME managed services market.

The acquisition will extend Excalibur’s technology, service and support portfolio and better equip it to deliver a complete end-to-end business service encompassing reliable insight and expertise in telecommunications and technology. Excalibur, a Microsoft Gold, Vodafone One-Net and Cisco partner and Blackberry Alliance Associate Member provides consultancy and IT services to over 5,000 SMEs throughout the UK and manages over 30,000 mobile phone users ,

Acquisition Expected to Contribute to Revenue and Profit

Excalibur acquired Emnicos Enterprises Ltd assets with the aim to drive growth and increase turnover by £750,000. The company expects it to contribute to fiscal 2012 revenue growth by broadening its IT services and support portfolio and ultimately increase its E-bitda to £1.7 million.
