Support

We will provide a wires only service as standard and will provide 24-7 support on the Broadband connection from the exchange up to the modem or router. If the modem or router has been supplied by Vodafone then providing all of the set up literature has been followed exactly then support will be provided to make sure that the chosen Hardware is working correctly. It is the responsibility of the end users’ IT department to configure the hardware, user names and passwords etc onto the end users PC or laptop. We will not enter into any technical support with regards to the end users PC/Laptop with regards to email set-up, operating systems and LAN/WAN configuration etc. Unlike the majority of Broadband service providers we can offer a full Business class SLA on its Corporate Broadband and Business managed services.
