Helping customers make the most out of the service we provide.

Cemplas was an existing customer. They already had mobiles with us and used our fixed-line services. They were using another company for their IT support but we were able to quote them a better price.

Cemplas asked us for a quote to replace their current server - which was over seven years old - and provide ongoing support for their server, five pc’s and three laptops.

Our IT team dialled into Cemplas’ server, made recommendations and priced up the recommended changes.

We beat the competition hands down and we now handle all of Cemplas’ communications needs. We provided them with a new server, including the supporting software and user licences. The price included site installation and we even copied data from the old server onto the new one. Cemplas also brought an Office 2007 upgrade and our Gold IT Support package.

We’re happy with the service we provide and so are our customers:

“It’s been a really smooth transition. The installation went really well. It was carried out over the weekend with no disruption to our service. There was no downtime at all.”
Jerry Robertson, Cemplas

Taking the time to understand our customers’ needs.

We first came into contact with Alcuin Capital Partners when they responded to one of our BlackBerry® email marketing campaigns. The company originally wanted to purchase a couple of BlackBerrys®, but it didn’t take us long to realise the company didn’t have the IT set-up to support the BlackBerry® package. Rather than turn business away or sell them the product anyway, we explained the situation and provided Alcuin with a quote for installing the server they would need. The customer was so impressed, they ended up buying IT support and laptops from us as well.

That was over a year ago now and our business relationship with Alcuin is still going strong. In addition to providing them with the system to support the BlackBerrys® they purchased, we were also able to use our expertise to dramatically reduce the number of spam emails they received from 2000 to 2.
